We recently visited a hotel in Bailey's Muckleneuk and were pleasantly surprised by the level of attention to detail and customer service. the breakfast presentation was impressive and everything was cleaned to perfection. the location was ideal for us, being within walking distance to a school reunion. the room was as nice as the publicity pictures with accommodating hosts who allowed for early check, in and late check, out. We enjoyed the facilities and advantages of a well, maintained bathroom and comfortable room.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect for attending a reunion at a nearby school, and it was even within walking distance. The breakfast was impressive, with great attention to detail in its presentation. The room was beautiful and just as nice as the pictures we saw. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, allowing us to check in early and check out late. The service was top-notch, from the friendly and accommodating hosts to the thorough housekeeping. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
This hotel is highly recommended, especially for families.

The hotel is located in a great spot for exploring the city, with several nearby attractions that are easily accessible. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable stay.
There really wasn't much to dislike about my stay. Perhaps the only thing would be the lack of parking options in the immediate area, but it wasn't too much of an inconvenience as there were several paid parking lots nearby.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the complementary chocolates left on the bedside table and the extra toiletries that were provided. the hotel was located in a lively area with plenty of restaurants nearby and great shopping options within walking distance. the staff was friendly and welcoming which made checking in a breeze.
My room was not very clean and had a major odor problem. the sheets were stained and had not been changed prior to my arrival.
